FRAUD!

I was told that my replacement for the August half order that I did not receive was in the Aurora Center yesterday, and would be arriving by evening last night. I have been told this numerous times for the last two weeks, and it still has not arrived. Then I was told that I would not be able to get a September shipment at all because of your delay of getting my August shipment to me. But you got paid by medicaid for both shipments! I will be turning this into them as to you getting the money and not providing the merchandise!

Terri or customer service. Chasing the right product for 2 weeks. Blaming computer systems and lies about it all being processed.

Here we go AGAIN

Here we go AGAIN! HDIS is getting HORRIBLE! Last month they shipped HALF of my order and then it was wrong. When I called them they supposedly fixed it but nothing came. I called again and was told to wait a couple of days. Umm, you're not the one that has to worry about soiling your pants! Of course I called again, this time they supposedly fixed it but guess what HALF of order and wrong supplies again! Today I get a call from them confirming my shipment for 08/08/22 ok fine. They THEN call me back saying that my prescription needs to be renewed by my Dr. And they can't ship anything until then. THREE weeks before I am due for more supplies! I am finding out that I cannot rely on HDIS

Website is a nightmare

Website is a nightmare. Website won’t accept correct payment method and will not allow you to delete items from cart. Spent over an hour trying to place an order. Final just gave up! You want me edit my review a I the website really really sucks

Customer service is rude and refuses to help.

Customer service is extremely rude and refuses to send my son's order. All we told them was he needed small instead of extra small. For a month it's been back and forth between HDIS and our Doctor with HDIS refusing to process anything or help us smooth the process out. Meanwhile we are about to have to use towels as my son is running put of diaper and noone locally can supply them and HDIS doesn't care

Super customer service.

I used HDIS for my mother's supplies in her final years. The delivery service was a great help to me, and they had the various supplies that I needed. Any time that I needed help with my order, or had questions about the products, the representatives were unfailing polite. I now have a job that has me often interfacing with customers on the phone. I often think of the HDIS representatives and try to use their kind and helpful service as a role model in my own work.

Call Customer Service to Stop Auto Ship

If you decide to stop auto ship orders CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I found out the hard way removing your auto ship and credit card information from your account does absolutely nothing. You will will be shipped and billed for product. They will, very politely, advise you to refuse shipment, or call customer service to schedule a pick up and then you can wait for a credit to your bank card. As for my choice to return, when I was told the auto ship and credit card information was still showing on their end the trust that a credit would be applied was simply not there. I chose to keep the product.

Absolutely horrible service

Absolutely horrible service. New script was do in JULY. NO ONE NOTIFIED ME! BY SEPT I FINALLY CALLED WONDERING Y I HADNT GOTTEN A DELIVERY. THEN THEY INSISTED I ACTUALLY HAD TO GO 8N A SPEAK TO MY DR ABOUT IT. THAT TOOK ANOTHER MONTH TO GET IN. THEN I FIND OUT THAT THE FAX SENT TO DR WAS FIR PEDIACTRIC PULL UPS!!! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT GOD KNOWS HOW MUCH LONGER TO GET MY PRODUCTS!!!!

I had an issue with one of HDIS…

I had an issue with one of HDIS products that I have been using for awhile. CSR Unique addressed the situation at once and came up with a favorable resolution. She was friendly and professional at the same time.

For the most part you are a good…

For the most part you are a good company and have good products I just think your prices are too high for my budget.
Number 2, I do not like your website for ordering. It is easier for me to order that way as oppose to chat and phone but it is troublesome everytime I go to
use it, but I plug on never-the-less or forget it and purchase somewhere else.
Those are my reason for a 3 star.
I am Barbara's husband and caretaker and do all her ordering and purchasing
of her needs from you and others.
